1. Mix 300 ml water in one packet of premix and keep it aside.

2. In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons oil, add 150g fresh tomato puree (or puree of 2 tomatoes), and sauté for 2 minutes until the oil separates.

3. Add the prepared premix mixture to the pan and cook for 1 minute.

4. Add 250g paneer cubes, 1 tablespoon butter, and 1 tablespoon cream. Cook everything for 1 more minute, and it’s ready to serve!
