Easy-to-Follow Cooking Instructions:

  1. Soak 150g of rajma (red kidney beans) overnight. In a pressure cooker, combine the soaked rajma, 400 ml of water, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles.

  2. In a separate step, mix 200 ml of water with 1 packet of the premix.

  3. Take a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of ghee. Add 150g or the puree of 2 tomatoes and sauté.

  4. Add the premix mixture and sauté. Add the cooked rajma, mash it slightly, and then add 300ml of the boiled rajma water. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 tablespoon of butter.
