1. Premix Preparation: Mix 1 packet of Urban Kheema Premix with 60 ml of water and set aside.

2. Base Preparation:

   • In a pressure cooker, add 3 tablespoons of oil.

   • Add 75 grams of tomato puree (or puree of one tomato).

   • Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until aromatic.

3. Combine and Cook:

   • Add the prepared premix mixture.

   • Add 250 grams of chicken kheema.

   • Add 1 tablespoon of butter, 25 grams of peas, and some chopped coriander.

   • Mix well and pressure cook until you get 2 whistles.
