Cancellation Policy
You as a customer can cancel your order till the order has been shipped by calling our customer service and not more than 24 hours after placing the order. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order and the same will be transferred to your bank account in 5-7 working days once we process your refund. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain an fudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

However if there is any shortfall in delivery or the food items such as leakr a or damage, the Customer shall at the time of deliv y return the food items to the delivery boy with a written complaint of the same on the Bill against signature of the de ery boy. Moreover, in the event of any shortfall in de ery or the food items having spilled/or being damaged, the Customer shall inform the consumer care email of the same thin 24 hours. Urban Foods shall thereafter initiate in estigations in the matter of complaint received and shall make reasonable effets to complete such investigation within period of 10 days from the date of such comment ment. The decision of Urban Foods on completion of such investigation shall benal, binding and conclusive on the Custor and the customer shall not dispute the same
After mu from the date o agreement of refund of payment Jan Foods shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has pald. Such refund shall be fulfilled in 7 working days
